Jakieś 2 dni temu nie wiem skąd się wzioł u mnie na kompie keylogger, być może jest to wina osób 3 które siedziały u mnie na lapku (Niżej zamieszcze skan z combofixa Wiem ze keylogger ukrywa się pod biblioteką rjlb.dll skanowałem programami takimi jak kasperky , usunął on ta biblioteke jednak wtedy nie miałem dostępu do róznych programów np. winamp, google chrome itp. używałem też programu Hitman Pro: lecz też nie pomógł bo łapiąc w kwarantanne nie mogłem także używać wyżej wymienionych programów. Recovery nie moge uzyć bo mam zapisaną wersje z keylogerem . Wiem ze keylogger ukrywa się pod biblioteką rjlb.dll Plik rjlb.dll wymienia systemowy WS2_32.dll. Tu jest system 64-bit, na takim jest mniejszy zasięg infekcji, tzn. plik rjlb.dll jest 32-bitowy = jest podstawiana 32-bitowa biblioteka WS2_32.dll a nie 64-bitowa. Pliku rjlb.dll nie wolno usunąć bez przywrócenia oryginalnego WS2_32.dll, gdyż przestaną się uruchomiać 32-bitowe aplikacje. Pod tym kątem: Wykonaj weryfikację poprawności plików systemowych za pomocą komendy sfc /scannow, za pomocą kolejnej komendy przefiltruj log do wystąpień znaczników [sR]: KLIK. Masz wpisać sfc /scannow a nie sfc /sacnnow. A gdy komenda ukończy, wtedy następną komendę: findstr /c:"[sR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfc.txt & start notepad sfc.txt Log, który się otworzy, wstaw jako Załącznik posta. Sprawa tu jest jasna od początku: Plik rjlb.dll wymienia systemowy WS2_32.dll. Tu jest system 64-bit, na takim jest mniejszy zasięg infekcji, tzn. plik rjlb.dll jest 32-bitowy = jest podstawiana 32-bitowa biblioteka WS2_32.dll a nie 64-bitowa. Pliku rjlb.dll nie wolno usunąć bez przywrócenia oryginalnego WS2_32.dll, gdyż przestaną się uruchomiać 32-bitowe aplikacje. Pierwsza faza czyszczenia to przywrócenie oryginalnego WS2_32.dll. W związku z tym, że narzędzie systemowe SFC nie dało rady, podałam procedurę ręczną przez skrypt ComboFix przekopiowania prawidłowej kopii znalezionej w systemie do pliku głównego. Dopiero po potwierdzeniu zamiany pliku można zabrać się za właściwe usuwanie rjlb.dll. I to się zaraz stanie. ComboFix pomyślnie podmienił pliki, OTL poświadcza, że moduł rjlb.dll nie jest już załadowany i plik można bezpiecznie usunąć. 1. Nie podałeś końcowego raportu z OTL z opcji Skanuj. mam jeszcze jedną prośbę , chciałbym zebyś podała mi jakieś sposoby na obronę przed takimi sutyacjami jak ta ... Najprostszy sposób: nie pobierać modyfikowanych paczek do Tibia ze źródeł wątpliwych (boty / changery etc. gdzieś na forach umieszczane, obiecujące gruszki na wierzbie). I mówię to serio. O ile się też nie mylę, tu na forum żaden z antywirusów nie zareagował podczas instalacji tego trojana w rozumieniu zablokowania modyfikacji pliku systemowego, a po fakcie to już za późno. Przypuszczalnie, by zapobiec instalacji tego rodzaju, jest potrzebny antywirus / program z modułem w rodzaju HIPS / analiza behawioralna (np. w COMODO to znajdziesz pod nazwą Defense+), aplikacja nie ocenia zjawiska na bazie sygnatur tylko pośrednio poprzez zachowanie składników i blokuje "podejrzane zachowanie". Aha i czy mogłabyś dołaczyć stronke gdzie mogę się nauczyć czytac logi itp tak jak ty ?;p Nie ma takiej strony. Umiejętność czytania logów to przede wszystki znajomość Windows. A same identyfikatory opisane w przewodnikach: - Bez znajomości rejestru i podstaw systemu operacyjnego jest to bezużyteczny spis, bo i tak osoba tego nie rozumie do końca. - Jeśli z kolei jest już ta wiedza, to te objaśnienia identyfikatorów są zbędne, to po prostu widać w logu na pierwszy rzut oka jaką ścieżkę z rejestru skraca. I nie ma najmniejszego sensu się przyuczać do określonego narzędzia. Teraz z OTL dzieje się to samo co z HijackThis lata temu. Skąd wytrzasnąć komendy do otla? Powyżej kolegę kierujesz na Google, aż się prosi byś sam z tego skorzystał.
