Posiadam System Windows 7 Home Premium x64. System zainstalowany na laptopie, ale to chyba nie jest istotne. Gdy zauważyłem, że jakaś ważna aktualizacja jest do pobrania od razu to zrobiłem za pomocą Windows Update. Zaznaczyłem aktualizację, dałem Zainstaluj aktualizację i zostawiłem ją w spokoju na dłuuugi czas (zanim odszedłem od komputera poczekałem chwilę, zatrzymało się przy 19%). Po powrocie dalej było 19%. Postanowiłem, że skoro to nie działa (oczywiście po ponownym uruchomieniu komputera i po ponownej próbie, która zakończyła się tak samo) to spróbuje zainstalować ją ręcznie (pobrać i zainstalować). Wszedłem na polską stronę Windows 7, potem na temat o SP1 i tam wszedłem na stronę pośrednią, na której był SP1 (instalki.pl). Pobrałem, uruchomiłem, wykonałem instrukcje i zacząłem instalować. Najpierw tworzenie punktu przywracania systemu, później pobieranie czegoś tam i gdy doszedłem do połowy (w miejscu, w którym zaczyna się instalacja) pasek się zatrzymał. Zostawiłem komputer w spokoju gdyż nad paskiem było napisane, że instalacja może potrwać godzinę lub dłużej. Po ok. 3 godzinach przychodzę, a pasek nawet nie drgnął. Byłem zawiedziony, anulowałem instalację, uruchomiłem komputer ponownie i wyłączyłem(ponownie uruchomiłem dla sprawdzenia czy nic się nie stało. Dziś uruchomiłem komputer, wszedłem w Windows Update i dałem zainstaluj aktualizację (SP1). Włączyło się i proszę: "Pobieranie 1 aktualizacji (całkowity rozmiar 0KB; ukończono 0%). - (załącznik) Więc problemem jest instalacja, bo pobieranie działa. Proszę o pomoc. Wiem, że SP1 nie zawiera ważnych rzeczy, ale jest potrzebny do ew. instalacji SP2. Warto mieć takie coś. Co do instalacji ręcznej nie mam screenów, jak będą potrzebne to proszę pisać. CBS CBS.log Sysinfo Niestety nie udało mi się sfc /scannow, ponieważ wyświetla się to. Tak do końca pewny to bym nie był - w kluczu Uninstall posiada wpisy do wszystkich tych trzech softów - to że usługi BitDefendera nie działają nie musi jeszcze oznaczać że folder instalacyjny jest już usunięty,a nawet jeśli było coś usuwane to na mój gust za dużo tych pozostawionych rzeczy... Co do pierwszego to tak rzeczywiście mogło coś zostać z plików, a nawet wpisów. Myślę, że wystarczy zwykłe ręczne usunięcie wpisów oraz plików. A do drugiego to CIS podczas instalacji tylko 1 komponentu i tak wypakowuje wszystkie pliki, ale aktywny jest tylko wybrany element. Jeśli chce się odinstalować CIS (lub komponent) to deinstalator oferuje: usunięcie oraz modyfikację (dodaj/usuń komponenty) bieżącej instalacji. To tylko tak dla wyjaśnień BTW nie wiem czy ktokolwiek pamięta mój problem z instalacją SP1 (a właściwie następstwach, bo po instalacji system się zamrażał), teraz podjąłem 2 próbę i trochę inna sytuacja, bo podczas instalacji na 25% się zamroziło wszystko. Twardy reset i ściągnąłem do instalacji ręcznej. Poszło, co prawda instalowało się ponad 1,5h, ale nie ma problemów po instalacji. Odnośnik do komentarza

Wielkie dzięki za pomoc! A co do tego: BitDefender,Avast i Comodo Internet Security Resztek BitDefendera już nie ma, Avast to antywirus, a Comodo to Firewall.
