Wirus, Touchpad i klawiatura padly. Zwolniona praca systemu.

Witam.
Laptop Samsung r522.
System Win7 Ultimate  32bit.

Skany przez Avast nie pomogly, pozniej przestal sie juz nawet wlaczac.
Malvarabytes i Win defender rowniez nie pomogly. Dzialam z trybu awaryjnego i klawiatury ekranowej. w trybie awarii uruchamia sie ok 10 min, jak sie rozpedzi to jakos dziala. 
Siec dziala i podlaczona mysz.
Niestety nie mam pkt. przywracania systemu. 
Format nie wchodzi w gre - zbyt duzo waznych danych. 
Prosze o pomoc. 
Zalaczam logi.

Zasady działu, tu są obowiązkowe logi także z FRST i GMER. I objaśnij skąd w ogóle koncepcja wirusa, co go pokazało i w czym, oraz w jaki sposób "przestał się już nawet włączać".

A gdzie te logi znajde? czytalem, ze inni mieli podobne problemy. komputer z dnia na dzien zaczal sie mulic. zrobilem skan avastem, znalazl zarazone pliki po czym przestal sie wlaczac system w normalnym trybie a avast przestal dzialac. W awaryjnym skan malvarabytes tez wykryl wiele plikow a dalej jest to samo. dodam, ze doslownie dwa dni przed problemem , mialem wylaczona przez przypadek ochrone antywirusowa na ok godzine. Nie mam pojecia co to moze byc innego. Stad prosba o pomoc.

Podałam Ci przecież linki do instrukcji tworzenia raportów z FRST i GMER. Poza tym, musisz mi pokazać co wykryły Avast + MBAM, bo tego nie da się zgadnąć z raportów tu dostarczonych, a poza tym mogło być coś co nie powinno być usuwane i nastąpiło pogorszenie spraw.

Skanuje gamerem juz. Co wykryl avast nie dam rady tera pokazac, zrobie skany malvarabytes raz jeszcze i podesle.

Niestety przy skanowaniu gmerem resetuje mi sie laptop. Mam FRST.

Brak oznak czynnej infekcji. Bez poprzednich wyników skanu Avast nie da się powiedzieć co było wykryte i czy aby były to detekcje poprawne (Avast mógł uszkodzić poprawne komponenty). Wyniki MBAM: nic szczególnego, szczątki starej infekcji "policyjnej" i adware. Adware nie może mieć wpływu na dysfunkcję urządzeń. Usuwaniem adware zajmę się potem, dopiero po doprowadzeniu systemu do startu w Trybie normalnym.

 

W Dzienniku zdarzeń notuję takie błędy relatywne do błędów sterowników Avast oraz klawiatury i myszy PS/2:

Jako że system działa w Trybie awaryjnym, trudno orzec który z podanych błędów jest na 100% rzeczywisty, gdyż w awaryjnym niektóre urządzenia mogą nie był ładowane.

 

Na początek proponuję:

 

1. Usunięcie Avast: odinstaluj go przez Panel sterowania, następnie popraw narzędziem Avast Uninstall Utility.

 

2. Reinstalacja urządzeń w menedżerze urządzeń. Chodzi mi o klawiaturę i mysz. Do ominięcia obiekty Avast (nie powinno ich już być po punkcie 1) oraz "Security Processor Loader Driver" (to urządzenie jest zgłaszane w awaryjnym jako afunkcyjne i jest to normalne).

 

3. Skan poprawności plików systemowych. Start > w polu szukania wpisz cmd > wklej komendę i ENTER:

 

sfc /scannow

 

Gdy komenda ukończy działanie, w cmd wklej kolejną:

 

findstr /c:"[sR]" %windir%\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfc.txt & start notepad sfc.txt

 

Wynikowy log dołącz tutaj.

 

4. Po tym spróbuj zastartować do Trybu normalnego Windows. Opisz co się dzieje w tym trybie i co nie działa.
