Nie mogę zainstalować SP1 Win7 - komp zwolnił

Witam, jak w temacie, zaczęło się od tego, że nie mogę zainstalować sp1 do win7 x32. Teraz komputer zauważalnie zwolnił.

Zasady działu diagnostyki malware wyraźnie mówią, że obowiązkowe są także raporty z FRST i GMER (KLIK). Ale na razie to sobie odpuść, problem z instalacją SP1 nie tutaj, przenoszę do Windows 7. Kompletnie nie opisałeś o co chodzi z tą instalacją, co widzisz / jaki błąd. W Dzienniku zdarzeń widać takie nagranie:

- Uruchom "Narzędzie analizy gotowości aktualizacji systemu": KLIK.

- Następnie skopiuj na Pulpit cały folder C:\Windows\Logs\CBS, zapakuj do ZIP, rzuć na jakiś hosting i podaj tu link do paczki.

Chodzi o to, iż próba zainstalwoania sp1 - przez witrynę windows update, jak i ręcznie ściągnięty service pack - kończy się niepowodzeniem. Kod błędu na poniższym screenie. Dodatkowo komputer, tak mi się wydaje po próbach instalacji SP1 strasznie zwolnił, wszystko wykonuje dużo wolniej niż wcześniej.

Dodatkowo, w międzyczasie wykonałem skan za pomocą MS Essential - nic nie wykrył. Malwarbytes wykrył 8 niegroźnych infekcji i je usunął. Link do loga poniżej:

By wytypować wadliwy sterownik, potrzebny jest inny log. Skopiuj na Pulpit plik C:\Windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log i przejślij tu do analizy.


 

odatkowo, w międzyczasie wykonałem skan za pomocą MS Essential - nic nie wykrył. Malwarbytes wykrył 8 niegroźnych infekcji i je usunął.

Wyniki MBAM zupełnie nieistotne. Pierwszy pochodzi z martwej kwarantanny AdwCleaner, a reszta wygląda na fałszywe alarmy na plikach animacji (?). Nie szukaj tu infekcji, to nie jest przyczyną niemożności instalacji aktualizacji.
